It is said the Eibach makes steeda , however steedas are better springs than Eibach, why, Eibach doesn't publish spring rates for their springs, this is a pretty important factor in having good suspension.

I've heard that the steedas and ford C springs were pretty much the same thing, rate-wise; but the Cs are about 2/3 the price.

Has anyone had experience with H&R?

Cs are great if you have the right kind of special saw blade and don't might cutting them before you install them. The price is right, I personally would pay the difference to get Steeda and have the drop I want without having to saw pieces out of my springs.

Oh, I guess I am going to go over to Eibach, got a deal on a set of those used ones on Ebay motors. So I have a good deal on a bastard set of springs if anyone wants them for cheap. Steeda fronts and Jamex rears complete with my Global West 7/8" spacers to make them match the Steedas.

Depends on if you can get a good deal on them used, and whether you want to go to the trouble to cut the darn things or not. Right now I have Steeda on front and Eibach on rear and it is sitting about as level as I could ask for, a lot better than it was with the Jamex and spacers back there, lol. I have to get some washers for my darn top shock brackets, they are from my Tockicos, and don't fit the Bilsteins properly, the guy didn't send me the right ones, he used them on the ones he put on his.

Not really, Steeda are excellent springs, and some of us dont' like the idea of cutting our springs to get the drop we want.

I got right at 1.5 drop out od the C springs and cutting the spring is way easy with the right tool. also any suspension place can cut them. All the cheap *** import and ghetto guys have their springs cut instead of buying new springs

1.5 is pushing it on 99 up you would be lucky to get 1.2 from a 99 up with no isolators and the coil cut in the rear all around. the rear will probably be .1 or .2 lower than teh front if you cut the full coil on a 99 up and leave in the top and bottom isolators on front and rear.
