Talking supercoupe m90 supercharger

hi i was wonderin if anybody knew if a complete supercharger kit with the intecooler would be a direct fit on my 2000 v6 since its a 3.8 the guy said it would but dont trust him can u guys help me out is it worth buying

The problem with the m90 is that it was on a single port engine. The 99-04 v6's are split ports. You'd basically have to convert your car to single port (94-98 v6), lose 40-50 crank hp and use an archaic supercharger. There might be a way for the m90 to work on the split ports, but I'm sure it's a pita and expensive.

If you want a supercharger, look into a procharger or other centri style supercharger. If you want the roots style, look into an M112 from the 03/04 cobras. Many have done those installs, only problem is that the m112 isn't intercooled. Or you could go the turbo route and gain more overall power.

+1. not worth it for your car. you can find a nice used supercharger for around $1500 on the other v6 forums and produce way more hp.
