2003 V6 Convertable Rear Window ?

Hi Folks,

When I brought the top down the rubber gripped the rear window and pulled it of the track. When I attempted to put the glass back in the trac I found out that the silocon area detached and the window is now out.
Can anyone give me any hints as to how to go about fixing this?
I am not very saavy at this stuff.

Appreciate any help.
Mickey
