Re: Dual Exhaust Question

FYI before I had my duals installed I talked directly with the Ford service manager who told me as long as the duals didn't cause any trouble lights to come on (which they haven't) my warranty is in no danger. Check out my recent thread "Loss of torque with duals" IMO this set up really looks awesome and intimidating from the rear end. It's the Magnaflow cat-back duals for a GT with regular style mufflers. Less drone at highway speeds, low rumble on start-up and idle and WOT not ricey but powerful tone. You may or may not want the "X" pipe, I should have kept the "Y" set up. These are pricey, but as always you get what you pay for. Overall I'm very happy with the sound and curb appeal not to mention superior construction. You'll need two GT hangers for the drivers side (90 bucks from ford). Good luck.
