SuperCoupe Crank issues

Currently in the middle of my project. I have my V6 down to block and rotating assembly. Think I have conn rods and pistons lined up. Now I need SuperCoupe crank....which is turning out to be hard to find. Would anyone know where/who I could get my hands on that crank?

If I could get phone numbers to the tuners or dealerships or whoever else you guys have in mind. I'm open to suggestions.

Re: SuperCoupe Crank issues

hey whats up. sorry for the late reply. ended up going with a different forged bottom end. though I still have loads of questions and concerns.......

called delk performance out of lebanon tn and they said that gutting my pcv valve could alieviate my engine oil bypassing through my pcv issue. Question is.....start with just gutting my pcv? If issue persist, persue further fix?

Hi,
don't buy a forged bottom end from delk... save yourself a headache.

Re: SuperCoupe Crank issues

Well, I'm just simply purchasing the parts from them. I'm building my motor with the help of a tech I work with. He's also porting n polishing my heads as well. And I already have my block crank and heads at a local machine shop that has a great reputation here.

Re: SuperCoupe Crank issues

Sup wit it? What it ia? Finally came upon a forged crank, supercoupe at that. So....now the circle is complete....my entire bottom end will be forged. So now its just a waiting game, waiting on parts to come in, and machine shop. After that, its a downhill descent....merely just reassembly and reinstall.

Gotta say though....this uphill climb during this project has been a *****. But a life lessons learned none the less.

Re: SuperCoupe Crank issues

Two reasons....maybe three.1st, I'm still exploring and having a lot of fun with stock displacement. 2nd, limited by fuel delievery system, which is more time and more $ both of which I don't have a whole lot of right now. So maybe not three, but those are the big two.

Now that I have power well addressed. Next to address even further is weight.
