I don't see a 3.8 kit on that site anywhere, I have researched those turbos however for a lt1, they seem like good kits.
There are turbo kits for your car available a few ppl on this site have.

Re: Sts System Or Supercharger??

Yes I would not recomend a remote mounted turbo system. The turbo or turbos rely on the heat from the exhaust to make power and when you move them that far away from the heads the exhaust temps have dropped rapidly before they have even reached the turbo. Listen to darkshadow and check TMA he makes quality stuff and its not any more expensive then a supercharger kit

The turbo's also rely on velocity to turn 100,000 rpm plus. Get the right size tubing and material and a remote system will work just fine. may have a tad bit more lag but it will make up for it with more horsepower due to the cooler intake charge temps.
