t-lok and gear set change

So, im gonna get a t-lok and rear gear set and was wondering how hard it would be to change. I have a good background in mechanics and have done almost everything to a car/truck that you can think of (my dad owned a shop for like 15 years until he got cancer and i worked there every chance i got and ive owned a lot of POS's haha). But ive never re-built a rear-end, just R&R them. Has anyone done one and if so, how long does it usually take.

Thanks, Seth

The actual install is quite straight forward but setting up the gears is not easy after they are or while they are being isntalled. You have to have the correct backlash, pinion depth, have the crush sleeve set right, have the wear pattern right, and all that wonderful stuff.

If you knew what you were doing you could probably do it in 3 hours faster on a lift.
