so while i was picking up my extra set of keys today and i went back to the parts department of the ford dealership
i asked: "how much would it cost to get traction lock installed on my 2004 v6 mustang"
he said two grand
i said woah and left.
what the hell? its like a $200 part... should i have said T-Lok? or what i am not paying 2grand...
The key thing to look for on a rear gear installation is that the shop knows what they are doing. Pay twice as much if you have to in order to get the job done right... if they dont do it right it will have to done all over and with new parts aka you will spend twice as much to get it done right as you should have the first time.
