Whats wrong with a turbo? Not many things other than NOS/Turbo/ProCharger are gonna make you faster than a GT.

And a good v6 turbo is at http://www.tmaturbo.com/ if you'd like to know.

well i have been told that in order for my car to be able to handle alot of boost from a turbo i would need to build my car up so i was thinking that if i built my car up i wouldnt have enough money left over from that

Outlaw motorsports has complete kits for 2600 bucks. Then you can work on supporting mods

Re: Wanting to make my V6 ALOT faster!!

would i just be better off getting a gt? maybe a 2000-2004? or a 1990-1995?. cause i cant afford to turbo the car and then have to fix the issues that may come along with turbo charging my car

Yes. A stock 1994-1998 V6 Mustang isn't built to handle that power. It takes money to build a car right so if you can't afford to do it all then its better to just upgrade if you can.

Buy a gt then sell the v6 and use some of that money to make the gt nicer.

You can pick up a pretty nice GT for the sale of your V6 and $5000. Plus have some extra to play with.

I can't get ur pic to load on my phone, but if it was me and I had the cash, I wouldn't just grab the first thing I saw. If you are familiar with craigslist, look on there to see if you can at least see what Mustangs are going for. That too can give you a good idea of what you can get out of your car as well.
Just think about what bodystyle you like and whether you want to buy something with no mods, or want a few bolt ons already. My understanding is that if its stock, its probably not been ran to ****, and if it has, at least its only been ran to **** on stock power. Bringing a picture of a car here or a link to the ad is a great idea. There are lots of folks willing to help out!!

I figured you liked the sn95 bodystyle. I'm a foxbody guy myself, to each their own. Like I said just post the links to the ads here and if its a good deal, there are plenty who will let you know. This is how I found my Cobra, because I thought of it this way, the mustang I get will be sitting in my garage for the winter anyway, so why get in a big hurry. And since I didn't, I found the car I've wanted since I was 16!!
Sometimes there are deals too good to pass up, but then sometimes if you wait something comes along that you will love!!

The price looks pretty good for what it is, but definitely offer less. Wont hurt to try. If it was me, I would tell them $3500 right now!! Make sure that you like it though!!
Then sell your V6 and let the Modding begin!!

The blue one looks good!! Looks taken care of and the red one has probably had the **** run out of it.
I love foxes!!
The aftermarket for the blue one is probably better as well for the 4.6 in the SN95 bodystyle.

One thing to check for on the fox convertibles is the rails running under the cloth top, these were commonly broken. Learned this the hard way with my 93 convertible

+1...
Also make sure on any car to get under it and check for rust. Surface rust isn't that bad as it can be fixed easily, but if it looks cancerous, leave it alone!!
