Man, I'd knock it down to 900, but if I take any more than that I'd be losing money big time.

Do you already have the v6 adapter? The injectors? Intake?

Re: turbo/supercharger

Keep in mind you will need a new hood for that m112 addition...I don't believe it will clear the any stock hoods with that adapter plate. Plan on getting a cowl hood for clearance. Also plan on beefing up your drivetrain...better tlok and possibly taller gears, or an 8.8" rearend. The spider gears in the stock 7.5" probably won't hold up especially if you have higher miles.

The biggest thing about FI is the tuning. Proper tuning is what's going to get you hp to the ground and keep your engine intact. Some may say that it's pointless to go FI on a v6...if you want a 500hp car then yes, it's much easier to achieve that number with a 5.0 fox or 03/04 cobra. But if you're looking to make a respectable v6 that will be fast..for a v6, then go for it. You can make 280rhwp-300+rhwp with a supercharger or turbo on a 3.8...sure you won't be smoking any cobras but you will shutting down some GT's and a lot of other cars out there.

It's all in what you want to do with the car and what your goals are, and that's something you need to decide before dropping any money on any projects.

Re: turbo/supercharger

Well I would sell him my hood and tlock/gears too, but I doubt he'd want to pay that much for them.

To sonic pony btw

This is gonna be really random, but it looks like you have the pypes dual exhaust. Does it sound good? Good power gains too?

Re: turbo/supercharger

Hey guys, just wanting to give some negative feedback on 19Delta. I bought his kit from an ad on allfordmustangs.com that he had posted. We had fast communication prior to payment, however, after I paid for the supercharger kit, I lost communication with him. I payed for it on the 22nd of January, it is now February 17th and the item never showed up. I received no tracking number and my emails to him were never replied. Any phone calls I made were mostly not answer but sometimes were but I was hung up on when it was made aware who I was. Paypal is going to refund me so im safe money wise, but I thought id post this up so anyone else can avoid any future mishap with a purchase from 19Delta.

Re: turbo/supercharger

I hate to flame on the guy about it, I thought it was going to be a smooth transaction judging by what I reviewed on him over the internet. I spend over a grand and then lose communication with him, he doesn't try to contact me and wont give me a tracking number. It's now almost a month since payment and no supercharger has showed up.

I have a thread posted in the feedback section on Corral.
