Beep

I was wondering about my fiances 2004 mustang

Since he got it in 2007 (i think) his horn sounded really high and he didn't think anything of it until he heard my stangs horn, lol

Could it just be the low horn is bad?
It just seems wierd that it is already bad considering mine are still ok

And what would be the best way to get to them?
I finally found them (i hate the place ford put them but whatever) and idk what would be the easiest way to get 'em out??

Any help would be appreciated

Re: Beep

Sounds like part of the unit has gone out.

Is the horn really used that much? I can't think of the last time I used one.

I'm not positive but most cars come with 2 horns. High tone and low tone. Sounds like low tone went out. Water can get trapped in them. Again not sure about your car but sounds like one is out.

Re: Beep

there are generally two horns together one may be gone out, you can get to it by taking the inner fender off. Go to a pull a part junk yard and yank a working one and you can swap it in.
