Re: Cheap, Easy and Quick Mods.

you can do all the bolt ons, they help a little~ not a ton though as you would hope.

Exhaust is a good thing because you get sound, looks, and a little performance. Get a GT catback take off and have a shop fab up the connection (so you have true duals) an H pipe (balance pipe) is not needed on the 3.8L as its an even fire motor.

I got dual BORLA exhaust system and a k&n intake filter and I'm buying a C&L intake from American Muscle. I'm looking for things like take off intake silencer and stuff like that but thankful the list helps.

Yes....I had a cai and took it back after comparing it to the standard airbox with silencer removed. Total waste of my time and money putting one if those on a new edge. If you want a 65mm tb I will sell you the one I got in my garage. No sensors on it 40 bucks....it's a ford piece.and put a nitrous system on er. I got a zex dry kit. I don't have the nozzle or tank but you can find them pretty cheap in the forums. That bottle is pretty addictive tho.

Re: Cheap, Easy and Quick Mods.

hahaha, this is an expensive hobby we have. And you get what you pay for - if you get some used stuff off craigs list, you have no idea where it's been or how it's been treated. I recommend doing all the research, making a list, then buying everything you think you're gonna want to do (on the first round) and THEN adding it on! That way you get it tuned once, after everything's done.
