White face gauges and ac panel- take your time looking because there are a lot of versions to choose from. If you want to keep it stock looking, you can replace the incandescent bulbs behind with led bulbs which will change it from green to blue. There also is an anniversary gauge cluster that is gray that matches billet pieces. Billet pieces come satin or polished.
My interior was tan so I dyed it black.
I would start with a quality short throw shifter and a new handle. It will give you a better driving experience and enhance the interior too. I like my MGW adjustable ss shifter. I also got my ac control knobs from MGW that illuminate red which match the Alpine head unit.

Re: 1995 mustang v6 interior upgrades?

I have the standard tan chocolate interior with my 2003 white convertible. My car is a black and white theme with black billet rims, and a thick black racing stripe on the hood. I plan on changing the top to black. For the interior I wanted go black and tan by changing the chocolate top dash, and the chocolate plastic door inserts, then purchasing a very good set of black and tan seat covers I saw online that's custom fitted for the front and back seats. My question is: Is it more advantagious to dye the top dashboard? I can get the black door inserts for about 50.00 online, but the top dash is whats tricky. I would have to get a salvage black and grey mustang dashboard take the top apart, if it even comes apart. Then rip out the top of my dash. Never thought about dying. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Vic.

I went with a MGW Short throw shifter. Mach1 styling inside anwith stainless stain accents and carbon fiber dash kit. This gave it a huge difference and the carbon fiber colors i chose were black/blue, with regular black/gray for the dash cluster. The actual gauges are from NU image and they are blue falmed ac panel custom done. Waiting on the new LEDS to finish the project and then will post pics of the winter project.....I think it has come out very well. Aluminum switches and I was thinkng about deleting the back seat.

as said above white face gauges (get the ones that slide over the current needles or you will have to remove the needles and recalibrate them which can suck)

FR500 steering wheel perhaps (but the color wont match exacty) this is also known as a ford racing steering wheel

GT leather seats from 94-98 in black, they look really good and are not expensive in good shape

MGWLTD.com makes some nice pieces

Interior: 94-04(all models). Try looking at UPR.com and above mentioned sites. Americanmuscle.com is easy to navigate.
