Shifting Issues, Manual

Having problems shifting into first, and reverse won't hold uphill. Can adjustments ba made?

Is it a t45....and is it the stock shifter or aftermarket... My tri-ax has bolts that can be adjusted to allow the shifter to engage more... The stocker is a different story tho...svtlx is pretty knowledgeable. Pm him. He may have an answer for you
