Port and polish intake manofold

How much hp should I gain if I port and polish my intake manifold upper and lower? Also how much should a mechanic cost to do this job?

I don't think you'd see very much at all. Maybe 5. The heads really need to be done as well. That's where the power comes in at. And then even more with the cam. If you have a blower, you might see better gains. Id say go with the windstar intake for now. R u taking the parts on and off? Id say it'd cost around 300+. Not really sure.

Not without some serious headwork. And ya do the exhaust first with long tubes so you can realize the full potential of any intake work

Ya he does exaggerate a lil but he tuned it tune. I don't know too much about boosting hp I just know the more air, suck and gas your car gets the faster it will go. I have an exhaust already but I dont know what kind cuz when I bought the car it came with it. It's dual that's all I know I think it looks like an x pipe but don't know how can I tell. So I should get headers before I port n polish the intake manifold. When should I get a new throttle body ? What else should I do I just have dual exhaust and am cai

70hp? lmao. more like 7. you could finish the exhaust with headers. but do it right and get long tubes. you'll need a new mid-pipe with those. pulleys are a good investment along with a tune. wait and do upper intakes, heads, and a cam at the same time. dont worry about a tb for quite a while. if you port the upper, you could just get your tb ported to match the inlet instead of wasting money. then youre ready for a blower or nitrous. its all about how much you wanna invest. and please slap your friend in the face for me
