Look what I made (cut-to-fit CAI)

The K&N was $70 and it has that end-breather deal, you can hook up
a hose to that and use it as Ram-Air too, like on the Lightning Truck
(aftermarket product from Johnny Lightning) That filter flows alot,
I can get a good idea on the depression tube, it seems to present
zero restriction @ 10" H2O test depression. Same flow as an open 3" tube.
It was on my 87 'Vert, seemed to make a difference but the old tired 4cyl.
was not enough to put it to the test

It will be for sale if Fishers Stang does not want it. $70 shipped,
all adapters and hookups. I'll post it in FS and I can make more
They would be dirt cheap if you buy your own K&N, but I have 2 more
that are different style, overall larger size filter, conical shape.
I can make it cut to fit for any year Mustang.

If you think RGR can only fab a cheap cold air kit, wait as time goes by, he's capable of a lot more than that from waht I have seen.

That's why I call it "cut-to-fit"!
I'm going to fit it to Fisher's Stang
and take measurements. That will
cover the 94-98 crowd, and then
I want to do a 99^ version

I need a 99^ tester! FREE INSTALL!

I was going to ask the same question as Mike did. I looked at the picture and said.... "ummmm that wont work very well."

But since you've explained the "Cut to fit" procedure, it makes sence now

It looks like ABS.... the same material that John DeMolet uses for Densechargers. ABS PVC Piping, I beleive, is to be a lot stronger than oridinary White PVC... But I'm not sure.

But still has stock parts for alot of the induction.
It is the computer calibrations for the most part
that make the extra power. When that engine
came out I saw a Ford engine guy interviewed
and he said they de-tuned the passenger versions
to the tune of 40 HP I assume the cop
package gets the extra 40 and maybe more.
Can't have a CV running like a Mustang now, can they?
