I really need help...

Ok so I'm new to the forums and I have a 2004v6 40th edition mustang automatic and I really want to supe it up to make it as fast as a v8 and I want to make it sound good but I don't know much about cars at all and I have no idea what to do or how to start can anyone make a list on where I should start and where I should finish? I also want to put a super charger on it so any help would be amazing

Read this: V6 Mustang Modification Guide

You won't be able to make it sound like a V6 but you can make it sound decent. Check out YouTube for sound clips to compare.

We need to know how much money you want to spend because it's going to take money.

just determine where you want to be (realistic goals) and determine the best path to get there, everyone has different goals, just dont say "I want 1000rwhp and it to do this and that and that and that etc" has to be realistic attainable goals for your given budget.

but you are going to spend 10k over time on a V6? I just don't see the reasoning there.

Neither do I
Spend a little more on insurance and get a v8 that you don't have to spend a lot to get a good amount of power

Well I got in a few wrecks on my other mustang and I'm already spending a **** ton on insurance so I figured on getting a v6 so the insurance wasn't so much and I could spend it upgrades

Just trade in on a v8. You will understand once you do.

As camo is trying to say.. it's hard to mod the V6 Cars to get decent gains. The money will be well spent with the GT even if it's on insurance. You will be a few grand above and beyond a V6 from the get go.

Re: I really need help...

I agree with just getting into a v8... here is why in a nutshell... my last car was a cobalt... yeah yeah ive heard it before lol lay it on me guys... well i did all this research and found out that the 2.2 liter motor could actually handle the most power when it came to it... well after spending about 7500 bucks I was right where I needed to be with my overall power and performance... well then the f'n 2008 turbo cobalts came out and I got pissed because after driving that i realized i should have just bought the damn high end and lived with it because it was an overall better car. just my .02
