Blinker

My blinker won't blink in the front left side but both of the bulbs light up when I unlock my turn. They just don't blink. Do you think it's the bulbs?

I think it's the bulbs for sure: when you turn on the blinker before it went out or even now, does it blink faster than the other side?

Relay switch

Are you referring to inside the vehicle the arrow is solid?

Turn the key on. Signal right. Check front and back. Signal left. Compare. Trust me. Burned bulb or cut wire or plug to the bulb.
