More air means you need more fuel so yes definitely bigger injectors... Don't necessarily need internal work done just depends on how conservative u go on the tune and how much boost u run

I would get supercharger instead. Just me. It's a lot safer and reacts quicker

Yeah. I know. But I figured he'd know that he would need stronger internal on the amount of boost he has.

Well, look around on eBay, or craigslist. But twin turbos would kill a supercharger, depending.

Yes. But engine detonation isn't worth it in my opinion and it depend on how long the race is

Detonation can happen to anything. Run too lean of a condition and there go the pistons. NA, turbo, nitrous, or SC. Doesn't matter.

Yes but the turbo is more likely to. I'm just saying. I couldn't replace it. And it could start spinning backwards and all kinds of stuff. Costs more and takes a lot more work

Yes, do some research on turbos because a lot of what you're being told about them here is exaggerated at best.

Google. Ask questions here and be patient for some answers. Go to the library. Whatever you can think of to find the information you need. It's out there.

Ding ding ding, there is absolutly nothing wrong with running a turbo, and in alot of cases it is more efficient than running a supercharger. Having where the full power engages has alot to do wih what turbo size you run. Bigger you go, the higher in the power band you'll get full power. Do your research, both supercharger, and turbos have great pros and cons and you really can't go wrong with either. I may do a turbo setup on mine my self. Contact darkshadow (not me) on this, his has a turbo v6 and would have more experience on this subject.

Wow...a whole lot more than that. You need forged guts,39 pound injectors, larger maf, bigger tb and plenum. But a turbo is a better route than a sc....flatter torque curve.

I know it's more than that, depends on size. He didn't specify so I wasn't going to go into detail.

Ya you need stronger internals or your only gonna get the most out of it. If your gonna cough up thousands of dollars you might as well do it right. A turbo and forged guts will get you beyond 400 hp

A single turbo creates enough boost enough to smoke a supercharger.

If your going to boost it, the 8.8 rear will handle the power better than the 7.5. Stronger it is!
