V 6

Nice little sixer. It's dirty but can blame him lol. I wanna build one of these. Any of you have this year car or know much about them?

They go dirt cheap here. Thinking bout building the motor and turbo it. Buddy has one at the track like that runs low 11s. It's nuts

Yeah, you can find them cheap. Especially high mileage 99-01s for sure....

theres a lot around here but most keep 'em stock
I think they are nice starter stangs, not too hard to work on

Yah that looks like an 02 or 03 premium coupe. They aren't bad little cars. Sure they're dogs from the factory, but that mainly due to gearing (autos) and weak drivetrain.

The nice thing about the 3.8's is that they are OHV's...simple to build and maintain. Hell H/C/I and a power adder along with some supporting mods and you've got a solid v6 running some impressive times.

As said, you probably can pick one up real cheap with high miles, and the miles won't matter too much if you plan on digging into the engine.
