Mustang Door/Trunk locks ?

I guess this is the right section to put this is in.
Okay I have a 1994 'stang.
To make a long story short, I don't have a door key for the car.
The ignition key, which I have, does not open the doors or trunk.

It's come to the point where I really just need to do something about it.

Can I have a key made to fit the door locks?
btw the locks seem to be in perfect condition, as well as the automatic lock/unlocks.

or, am I going to have to buy all-new locking mechanisms with keys.

I'm looking for the CHEAP option. Price is a factor here.

I'm actually looking at a CL ad for a '98 that is being parted out.
"Keys & pad. 200 (Locks for all doors / Decklid / & working remote pad.)"

I'm sure I could haggle with the guy on the price, but does this seem to be a good way to go?

Any thoughts?

Re: Mustang Door/Trunk locks ?

Actually he just updated it saying that today was the last day he was selling the parts, and that the whole car was going to the junk yard tomorrow.
Everything is being sold for half of what he previously listed it as.

So, if this is right, that means all locks (2 doors and trunk), keys, and working remote pad for $100.

Sounds like a great deal, but only if I need to change out the locks.

Yah you'd have to change out the locks and possibly have the faub reprogrammed. Not 100% sure though.
