well u guys call me crazy...but ima be rockn my 2.73gears this summer.... alot less punch than the 3.45... but i think i will be able to afford to take it outa town without having to be in a higher tax bracket.

Just get you one of those Amish buggies and a horse then. They eat the front yard for free.

somtimes to low of a gear can cost more gas unless its mostly highway driving 50+

ford used 2.73 for factory v8 standard equipment, 3.08 and 3.27 were options... i understand wut you are sayn, but i thought that argument mostly applied to trucks with big tires... like my ram with 35" tires and 3.55gear that should be happier with a 3.73 or 3.90. i think that's the situation u are refering to where not enough gear actualy cost u more gas money.
