Re: 1998 v6 exhaust question??

It should...he'll have to have either the Pacesetter h-pipe adapter kit to bolt the GT catback up or have a shop fab up some piping from his cats/midpipe to the catback. The fitment should be the same though...All the stock piping for 94-04's was 2.25" and the overall vehicle dimensions weren't incredibly different.

I'm surprised you still have that catback lying around

it depends on how the exhaust was done on the V6, it was probably manually fabed and your GT catback wont fit with out manually fabing it or buying a dual exhaust adaptor pipe and welding that on so it can bolt up but the hangers will have to be modified for the exist at the bumper either way... or buy a GT bumper.

Well he probably won't have to buy a different bumper on the 94-98's...but the hangars might have to be adjusted to exit under the rear bumper properly.
