Yes it will fit, however you will need a k member from a 94 or 95 GT as well as the computer...harness...and probably a few other things...

they are different if you use a 4.6 mod motor. pushrod v8 (i.e. 302/351) is the same mounts as 3.8 v6.... they also share the same bell. you can use the auto trranny if u have one, but if it's a 5spd u will need to get a 87-95 v8 bell housing cause the starter is in a different slightly different location.

u will have to decide wut to do with the intake. you can try to make the f150 intake work (i wouldnt do it), use a fox body intake set-up, or use an sn95 body set-up.

check out "its alive" thread in 79-95 forum. i uploaded sum pics of 96 v6-v8 conversion

u will have have to change throttle cable... and the cruise as well if you are planning on using it.

u can hard wire in the computer and harness from the f150. your gonna need a stang book and a f150 book to match up the wires. your easier bet is to use a 94-95 5.0 harness cause its 98% plug and play.

you can p.m. me and i will give u my number... its alot to explain on here.

also engine mounts from a fox and oil pan and oil pump pick up will need to be changed , and of coarse exhaust manifolds or headers

If so then why is the 94-95 k member different than the V6? 94-95 had the 302 in it....
