Should have got lava...

I just got the stang repainted. I told em to put a fresh coat of the dark shadow grey becuase I like the color a lot. I completly forgot about the Lave Red on the 2012's. I just might have to have it repainted. The lava looks amazing in the sun, it's a great second glance color. Anyone have one with the lava? I think there is a blue that is similar, ie black with blue hues and sparkles.

I just hope they have lava red (or something else) when I'm ready to upgrade in 2014 or 2015

lava red is black with tinted red clear coat or something, its pretty much black/or VERY VERY brown looking has a shine of red in the right light.

Re: Should have got lava...

Yep, it mostly looks black, but it shines and sparkles red in the light. As for difficulty changing colors, that's what the guys in the booth get paid for!

Instead of repainting the whole car again. How about doing a two tone with the top in lava red. It would probably look great with the DSG on the bottom half of the car.
