Lowering quote

I was planning to lower my 2010 v6
I'm thinking of going for Eibach sport line springs from americanmuscle,

Another thing am I going to have to buy strut mounts OR caster camber.
I can get the Ford gt500 strut mount upgrade for 85$ instead of paying 209$ for JM caster camber.

What is it that i'm gong to need?? and how much should I pay for a job like this?? also.. what do you people think about the Eibach Pro-Alignment Rear Lower Control Arm ?
