A question about longtube headers

I am interested in getting some longtube headers for the mustang. What are some great sounding and great fitting longtube headers that y'all recommend ?

Re: A question about longtube headers

Yah for some reason the 00's are a pita when it comes to headers.

Mac is probably your best bet...they make longtubes that work with the rest of the Mac products, midpipes and catbacks etc.

They won't break the bank either.

Hmm, I may be fine with a Mac midpipe, but I'd love to have flowmaster catbacks on the end. I'll try it one day and see how it comes out

I have pacesetter long tubes no mid pipe...you don't need one on an even firing engine no rear o2s or egr into flow master 40s

Re: A question about longtube headers

We only get two choices at the moment. MAC and PACESETTER.Whichever you choose, just make sure you will be getting the O2 bungs if wanted, especially with Pacesetter.
Another consideration that separates them is that they are piped differently(different configuration) on one side of the car. I couldn't see an advantage to either.
My plans here shortly are to get a set of long tubes(Either One)put in place, a set of metallic woven cats, then a ProChamber, followed by my FlowMaster 10's, then my same tail pipes.
