Are they worth it on 2001 mustangs

Do you mean sway bar? If so then YES. I just put on a gt takeoff and def feel the differences in turns.

Not sway I have one of them. I have gt rear and front sway bars

A rear strut tower brace will help stiffen your chassis, but won't make a night and day difference in handling.
