How do I get my tires black without tire shine splatter...

Try to let it dry a bit or don't put as much on, can also use a sponge to wipe it around the tire so not as much is applied to the tire to cause the splatter

Soak them like normal and use a dry towel to wipe down the tire or do like said above and let it dry. Try doing it before you go to bed so it dries overnight.

you put tire shine on the day before or so let it sit, wipe off all extra from the tire after you shine them as well.

I have used an AMAZING tire shine that is sling resistant but cant remember it... you can PM cutterwolf and ask him what tire shine he uses at the world of wheels, its good stuff
