Re: Headlight humid

A higher quality headlight fluid would do the trick. I can sell you some cheap-

Is it because of normal use, or like from cold days.?

Re: Headlight humid

I had a halogen explode inside one of mine. Because it stained the inside I have no choice but to get new ones. I seal all the way around behind the weather strip before installing new ones but if moister gets inside and doesn't dry clearly, you have to heat them up to disassemble or replace them. But even the best manufacturers can fog up if you don't use sealant around the entire two seams before installing first time.
I am having a hard as hell time of choosing a style. I hope your Halos dry up nicely so you can seal them up and not worry about it again. Good Luck!
