Help!

I was wondering if this sensore thing is already in my 98 v6 3.8 stang

It's inside your air intake, close to where the air filter is. Any questions you have, just ask. The guys here will help out.

Yes it's there, that's the mass air flow meter and housing.

You can go to a place like americanmuscle.com and take a look at cold air intakes or RAM intakes. each one you look at has directions which kind of break down what you will encounter. Hope that helps-

Yes you can buy a metal one just like the picture. There are several websites out there that have them for the V6 mustang.
They are going to be a little pricey.

Today on ebay there are used ones for sale, you can see the entire intake housing broken down. If you go to e-bay and type in "3.8 V6 Mustang"- You will see it.
