You could swap in a 300 Straight six and turbo it. I haven't heard of that being done in our cars plus they have mad crazy torque for a six.

How about remaking the classics. Like a1970 model mustang. Bring back the classics exactly how they looked...

Re: Sumthing new that nobody has done

Hey I got it...

I don't think anybody has put the 3.7 from the 2011 or the 3.5L eco boost into a 99-04.

An Eco-Boost is actually not a bad idea, minus what the engine ECU package would cost. Interesting though.

This is being done now. Ford is selling the 64-65 & 69 body shells from factory. You have to assemble yourself.

---------- Post added at 05:22 AM ---------- Previous post was at 05:16 AM ----------

A defected Ford engineer is out on his own making fully electric Mustangs. It moves very fast but is silent. They are beautifully strange pieces of machinery. I would have to attach a boom-box to the trunk with big block sound effects. Maybe recordings of engines the world over.

It's not really Ford doing it directly!.. It's actually a licensed product!.. But you can now build a brand new 1964 Mustang with everything they are making now!.. Lol
