I'd do the windows, but personally not the windshield. I have 5% tint all around on mine, and noone can see inside my car, even pretty damn dark during the day. But that's just my opinion.

I have 35% front, and 20% quarter and rear. I need darker tint I dont want sunlight. The blacker the better.
