Tranny swap

Found a 98 doner car with a 5 speed will the computer an wiring harness for the tranny work in my 99

look into the fact that the 98 is a mechanical odo and the 99 is a digital and see how they hook up. Maybe difference that wont work together, and im not sure if the split port can run on a single port ecu

I'm just curious have you ever thought about making the car look decent before doing other things?

What's the point of hitting it painted when I'm gna rebuildthe motor swap the tranny and get a diff hood

Well then take the front bumper and fenders off then. Paint/get them painted and start tearing into your car.
