upgrades

So as tax time comes up I can't help but to think of the things I want to do to my cars motor for some more horses so can anyone help me? I have a 85 v6 mustang I will have about 800 to 1000$ to spend on it any sugestions for my 3.8?!

Its got a intake cat back 40 series and thats it lol I want it to pull harder in first...

gears. If you want to pull harder look into getting lower gears. Thats all you need for pulling harder.

3.73s or 4.10s

Agreed, the gears will give you the best bang for your buck. I'd do 3.73 for a 5 speed or 4.10's on an auto. While your at it tlok will let you put it down more evenly.

word of advice, I see 8.8's for the fox body all the time w/ gears already in them. Might look into that swap.

Yeah just swapping out the 7.5 with the 8.8 with gears in em already is what I'm going to do. That way you can kill a couple birds with one axle.
