But yeah anything can be modded to beat anything... I drive this car thursday-sunday and haven't had a single problem out of it. I also have a stock srt-4 that is my "4 door grocery getter"

You can also look at it this way [well this is kind of how I look at it] I'm 22, in my age very few people can say they have a car as fast as mine, or that they built without daddys money. And some of the guys who are using daddys money still can't beat me.

Now there are guys out with Twin Turbo lambos making 12-1500hp but most of these guys are older, good job, well off, etc. I'm 22 I have a great job offer when I get out of college and in 10 years when I"m 32 maybe I will be one of those guys with a 2200hp lambo (because 1500hp will be old news in 10 years i'm sure)
Can you please tell me all your mods? And explain to me about converting a 3.8 to a 4.2? And when a 4.2, is it compatible to the 3.8 supercharger? I don't need any nitrous mods. Keep in mind my girlfriend will drive this. I'm getting the v8

Re: supersix powerpack

3.8 to 4.2 is simple as a 4.2 truck bottom end swap or swapping crank/pistons/rods.

I don't know what you mean by is it compatible to a 3.8 supercharger?

My mods are really simple:
built motor
ported heads and intakes
cam
vortech & aftercooler
long tube headers
full exhaust
gears
------
pretty much sums up the power mods the rest are supporting mods

You sound like your 22, like you've got the world by the balls. No offense, just an obvservation. Don't lose that gusto my friend. On a side note you'd be amazed at what some people have accomplished by around your age, how fast your car is isn't a measure of success or meaning in life. But I like your enthusiasm.

Oh of course not - but I mean in the "automotive world" most of the 22 year olds are driving lightly modded civics/gts a few people have newer cars, one guy who is 19 has a c6 Ls3 vette (oil field job) etc. But its not a measure of success by any means. I have had a full scholarship to OSU i'll graduate with honors and I have a good job already lined up.

I'm married with three kids. I've got sixteen years until the youngest is out of the house and I can focus on my cars. My oldest turns 14 in April and MAY be driving next year if he can pull his head out. Hopefully he gets into mustangs like I did. I fell in love when I saw that amazing red foxbody vert in the movie Twins.
