help needed

I have a 95 3.8l mustang with either a blown head gasket or cracked piston. I believe piston bc there is oil mixed with gas on the spark plugs. I found a romeo 4.6l brand new only ran for ten minutes extremely cheap. Can anyone tell me what I will need to know to do this swap? I have the stock aode tranny. Will that bolt up or no? Really need info. Main mode of transportation now is a 92 f350 with 460... can't afford the gas. Any help is needed. Thanks.

It's do able for anyone not a easy task but ain't hella hard.. Ull need head gasket kit and new head bolts.. while u got it apart might as well change both head gaskets what id do .. First thing take a lot of pictures .. remove your engine accessories (alt.. ac compressor.. air intake.. etc..) there brackets take valve covers and upper intake off and your to them ... Document parts places so u don't lose nothing and know where to put it back
