Plastic welder .. or drill a new hole over where the piece is left and put a rivet through the bumper cover and support.. easy and won't make nothing look bad

Bumper repair shops or get you a kit off the web or if you have a local auto body supply store should carry the kit and make it a DIY project ... But basically your gonna melt plactic and warm up the broke piece and solder it back together

Not hard just time consuming.. you'll need to take out headlights then take off front bumper cover to replace it no special tools or nothing

Re: Broken bumper bolt area?

Local yards wanted $100 for a used Ford part... I bought one from AM a few weeks ago. The cardboard shipping box weighs more than the header panel LOL!

No.

The body shop has it along with the headlights, hood, bumper cover and door... The car goes into the shop sometime in March.
