Look into a intake spacer and jmod. The tuner isn't bad but won't make a crazy difference.

I hear intake spacers are myth but I'm not sure myself. Tuner will help A lot IMO because not only will it give you 10+rwhp, it will get more horsepower out of your mods (ex. CAI) so if you get a tune wrote for all those mods it could really stack up I feel like. Just my opinion tho

Since you have an auto it will help shifting(shift points and firmness).

Tuner its self is worth the money but a tune for our v6 mustang stock aren't worth much man. Also a intake spacer is like a cheaper Windstar intake helps a bit worth the money for gain

Re: 98 3.8

The tuners are good when you only have simple bolt-ons...

with the ones you just labeled... yes, BAMA (from american muscle) can get you a good tune to tie it all together...

but in my experience... anything above the simple bolt-ons will require a dyno tune anyways... so I suggest waiting until you do some more advanced mods, then just go get a dyno tune... they are more accurate tunes anyways

I ran into issues with my flash-tuning after I upgraded my injectors, went to LT headers, and ported my intakes... BAMA has sent me 4 separate tunes, and I still can't seem to get it running just right.. I am gonna go get a dyno tune as soon as I install my heads/cam...

No... the factory throttle body is 54mm... a bbk is 56mm... It didn't do anything for me accept make my engine bay look better... not worth $300

The only reason I bought one was because a guy sold it to me with my fuel injectors at the NMRA for $25...
