Waxed and clayed, shiney!

Used Meguiar's clay bar and waxed with Mothers California Gold synthetic wax.

The tires for my bullitts will be here tomorrow, so I should have some picture up shortly.

I wash her at least once a week along with ice spay wax, and wax it with mothers once a month. It stays in the garage so that helps, and I try not to drive it unless its dry out. She'll look even better once the new bullitts and tires go on tomorrow.

I had the factory black ones but they were foggy and worn pretty well. I like the chrome housing better, makes em pop!

Dude get that 3rd piece...honestly it looks way better imo when you look directly at the front of the car and towards the grille, and definitely when you pop the hood.

To me it just looks unfinished without the support panel cover...I originally bought the 2pc to save money and ended up buying the 3rd piece a couple weeks later. Just my .02

Yah it's the optional piece in the dropdown box for $35...get it with the kit becaus I'm not sure if you can purchase it separately from AM...I know Stangmods sells it but it's $45, so you spend $10 more to get it afterwards.

I'm going to buy that piece, I don't know why I didn't get it the first go around.

I only ask because there is such thing as "over waxing" with the paste waxes...the liquid ones tend to wear off much quicker so once a month with them isn't too bad.

Yeah, I don't use the pastes. The mothers I use looks amazing, but doesn't last very long, hence once a month.

Just waxed mine yesterday! I love making her shine but hate all the little imperfections it brings out. Meguires carnauba car cleaner wax is awesome stuff, greatly recommended!!
