Tranny

About how much would you think a tranny rebuild be? I have an 01 v6

That's great... With mine it lurches lightly when it shifts and it makes a sound almost like saying kumph when I apply the throttle after its been decelerating

How many miles is on your and when i was looking into doing a j-mod it talking about rebuilding doesn't look impossible. Just take your time and i think you can do it yourself

Around 150k is when signs start showing but remember that bad habits will kill the trans shifting quickly and racing will kill it. But if your gonna rebuild make it stronger so you can abuse it

I feel like mine is going out pretty rapidly. Also I was reading the owners manual since I had nothing better to do and it says that when the overdrive light is flashing there is a problem with the transmission and yesterday it was flashing while I was driving

The tranny fluid was changed at 110k miles and I'm at 115 now so fluid shouldnt be an issue

I see doesn't it seem lack of power or just hang in gear too long and takes too long to kick into next gear

It takes a while to downshift if I floor it and if I need it to downshift so I can climb a hill it wont unless the rpma really drop
