Which one should i get?

My birthdays comin up and I'm wondering what I should get. Let me know which would be best for making times better. My choices are:

A tuner (I already have a CAI on car)

Or

Tlock with a short throw shifter.

What would you guys get?

I just want. Faster car. Faster times. I may get a tuner and short throw, that's another option. Why you guys think?

Look for some "package deals" and see if you can get more than just say a tuner!.. Or just a short throw, and save some more cash in the end!.. I did just that and saved a few hundred bucks in the end!..

Well a tuner will help a bit use the race tune just feel stronger the whole time. The shorty shift will help feel the power and never miss a shift. But like I said tlock and gears, look into a Windstar intake and you should be happy with how the car feels

Shifting won't change. I've got a tuner on my 5 speed with a cai and dual flow 40's with an h-pipe. Tuner really woke up the car, she's a blast to drive!

Alright that makes me feel really good then, got from another 5 speed do you think bama can make a tune for my exhaust? It has one cat instead of 2 and I have no idea what muffler system, it came with the car. Any suggestions?

It should have 4, someone messed with it. Bamaa might be able to do something for you, I get my tunes from punch it performance so i don't know a whole lot about bama tunes.

Are you serious? A cold air intake is a cold air intake. Wheres the link to this jlt? One cold air intake won't give you much more than other.

The gears yes!.. But don't waste your cash on a dyno tune unless your car is modded out!.. If you got just a bolt on ride a dyno tune will net you only about 2hp!.. And charge you about $200-300 more just for using the dyno!.. For just a bolt on car a tuner from AM like SCT or Diablo will be plenty enough!..

Re: Which one should i get?

Ok i just got mine on today. Its the AM and its an easy install. Its not insanely short, but noticbley shorter. It also seems to be a lot closer to the driver, but that just might be my imagination. I'd definantly buy the $70 one again if i had to choose.

Re: Which one should i get?

Yeah, its just more comfortable. And its a bit smoother. Not a bad investment at all.
