96 v6 motor issues

It runs good at times and bad others the MIL is on for misfire and blinks I replaced the plugs wires and coil pack still having that misfire code ran it on the dyno road simulator and found I have a worse emissions reading on the driver side the car uses water and gets hot head gasket replaced and heads have been milled to ensure they weren't warped its been running rough since I had them milled any suggestions

I'll have to check my codes again to be sure but there's no code piping up for the camshaft sensor nor a minor or large emissions leak for it to be a vacuum leak but thanx

The misfire codes will give you a good place to start pull the plugs out and see what they look like or if its all the plugs on one side if the motor it could still be the head it gasket
