| Underdrive pulley
Anyone done the underdrive pulleys, are they worth it? Especially on a mostly stock engine, or should I save up for a 8.8 or duals or something else?

UDP is on my list of things to do also... I would like to see a list of available mfg's so I can compare specs and prices... are they all the same percent underdrive? Is one brand underdriven more than another?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

If you look at my signature you can see I did all of the basic things first. I just want to free up another 1-3 miles per gallon.

Well I was hoping to do straight engine, I'm prepared to do some serious engine work cause I go to an automotive school, I'm doing a complete overhaul next year and I want to buy ported heads, and a cam off of supersixmotorsports.com I was considering boring it out to a 4.2 but I kinda like the 3.8 displacement. I'm not just some 17 year old trying to go fast, I know what I'm doing, haha.

He's got a full 4.2 forged stroker kit, worked on heads, camshaft, the works. He made 282 hp and he doesn't know what else to do. He sunk 10 grand into the build and he's nowhere near his goal...

He has over 20 grand sunk into it. Barely keeps up with the gt cars in town.

I really recommend a swap rather than building the 6. I've seen gt engines with the pi heads from junkyards for less than 300$.

Building a engine isn't easy takes a lot of planning and no matter what size engine you have there must be planning

That's a lot I don't know if anyone has that kind of power with a supercharger. Most who have big power use a turbo with built motor. Also remember that people who have supercharger have like 200-300 hp depends on mods

My v6 is going to compete with the newer v6s. I rather pay mods than pay the note. And I love my car.

I bet you could find an old army surplus mig jet engine for a pretty good price. Just throw that in there.

the mig jet engine would probably put right in the darwin awards...
didn't the 351c come with 2v and 4v heads that were interchangeable. Someone told me the 2v and 4v heads were interchangeable on the clevelands but i've never looked to see if its true, is it? could we get custom 4V heads for are V6's?
