Caliber painting tips!?!

Would love some. Best way to do it? Best way to "tape" it up, etc thanks guys I got yellow engine enamel btw so I'm good on the heat part.

Wire brush on a drill, clean clean clean, brake cleaner and make sure it's dry and dust free, and brush it on let each coat dry very well before the next I just did 1 coat on all 4 by the time I got the 4th done, the 1st was dry biggest tip- CLEAN!!!!

the duplicolor kit comes with cleaner, i just sprayed the cleaner and used an old toothbrush to rub off the dirt, came out nice, very easy project...

if spray paint prep is the key, clean off the area very good and tape up the caliper very good if you are not going to take it off. dont paint the brake pad.... use some carboard cut it to fit the holes and they wont get paint on them.

a very light coat to start then slow coats every 10 minutes (slightly tacky before next coat). tapping up the area using hold news paper and making sure not to get any overspray on the car. use some hold towels and blankets to cover the car. wash when done of course. to get any crap on the paint off.

I got it done and it looks nice but was hard than it shoulda been I had to use my breaking bar on everyone of my nuts to get them out lol very annoying looks nice tho I'll post pics tomorrow, or atleast try

I painted mine on the car but I'm assuming you sprayed?

That's the front ones, was sunny so not good pics lol and couldn't get the back ones mate another time
