I'm not to savvy on what plastidip is but I would just get the clear bra stuff on em. Where I get my tint done they also do clear bra, they do the whole front end plus your headlights. It helps with UV exposure as well so no more hazy headlights. I think they also do a strip on the front of your roof to help prevent chips there also

I'm 99 percent sure I won't work. Unless you out a piper thin. Coat. But the what's the point. You can buy spray on tiny. But I recomend you buy the peel and stick tint

I thought plasti dipping the headlights made your lights brighter but less of a distraction to other drivers? Also, a little more aero dynamic.

Re: plasti dip headlights

Hmmmmm got me thinking now.. I have my old headlights... I should have the body shop paint them silver to match the rest of the car...

Swapping headlights is EASY! Pull two pins and unplug the harness for easy night driving...

I wonder how that would look?

Re: plasti dip headlights

it works plain and simple. Headlights and tail lights.

but you dont want a flat finish on a headlight or tail light so use VHT Nightshades.

hope this helps

A buddy of mine had some extra paint after painting his car (88 gt) so he mixed a LITTLE paint with the clear coat and sprayed his head lights and tail lights. Looked good but he got pulled over so much he put original lights back in.....

You can use that on the tail lights but if you put it on tye headlights it will bubble and crack because of the heat from the light that spray tint is called night shade and it can only stand the little heat from the brake lights also if you do tint your taillights make sure you put a coat or two of clear coat on because it will crack and fade from sun.
