HELP!!!!

I just sold my stock headlights to a guy from Craigslist. He showed up and I handed him the headlights and he asked if I had the two plastic pieces that go around the bulb to hold them in place. I had no clue what he was talking about so I pulled my aftermarket headlights off my car real quick and he showed me what he was talking about. I told him I didn't have them but he could have what were on my newer headlights so I pulled them off real quick and gave them to him. So now, nothing is around the bulb housing or bulb to hold it in place. The headlights are secure to the car but the black piece to hold the bulb to the headlight is no longer there. Can I buy them online or does someone on here have some they can sell me? Sucks a lot haha. I didn't realize until I watched him drive away that I probably needed them which is why they were on.

1999-04 Mustang Headlight Bulb Retainer by Ford - Free Shipping at LatemodelRestoration.com

This is the part. I need two of them. Anybody have them I can buy from you for $10 shipped? My auto parts store down the road has them for $11 if I buy both. Let me know ASAP. Getting them in an hour.

Still need them... :(

So I went at got them from the auto parts store and came home to put them on. The kid that worked there sold me the wrong size of retainer. The packaging said it fit a 9002 and the bulb housing for mine says 9007. So I guess I go without my headlights until I find the right ones. If anyone has them please let me know. I could go to Ford but they'll charge me out the butt most likely. I'll send you cash ASAP. Ned this fixed NOW!

I'm waiting for him to respond haha. And I returned them after I vigorously searched their shelves for the right ones. Not their fault they don't have it, just wish they did haha

You would be amazed. Ford charges insane prices for stuff that you would think would cost a couple bucks. Hell the bolts for the oil pan cost 21 bucks a piece, and only come in a set of four. I only needed one bolt, but it was going to cost $84!! I bought the same bolt at lowes for 25 cents.

That's great. I would've expected the stealership to charge 50 bucks a piece!

Haha oh well. Innocent me just thought they were probably what he needed to make them work. Now I'm spending almost as much as what I sold the headlights for though. That sucks lol.
