Windshield Wiper Fluid.

So I popped my hood to check and see how empty it was. It's full to the brim but can't get it to shoot out to clean my windshield. Why?

Does it make a noise when ure trying to use it? I had the same problem it turned out the hose got loose check you're hoses

Yeah my trucks did that its either clogged or the motor has gone out..
