What to do about this?

Where the car gets jacked up on the frame is starting to bend a little. Is this normal? The pic might be hard to see but it's right above the cats. What should I do to go about fixing it

No that's not normal.
Your jack should have a pad or plate on it to prevent that.
A piece of an old tire on top of the jack lift arm/plate will help.

Since you cannot easily access the other side there is little you can do to repair it.
Just try not to make it any worse.

The stock jack is supposed to be on that seem right behind the front tires. It's a noticeable seem and it has a little notch in it for the cut out part of the jack to slide onto

Would sticking a piece of wood on the jack help? What could help?
