S197 gauge cluster into sn95

Was just wondering if anyone tried it. I know the odometer is digital but there's got to be a way to possibly make it all work. The layout isn't that much different and most of the interior (dash wise) is the same design til 2005. So the question is really just making the odometer work.

Re: S197 gauge cluster into sn95

check the schematic on both for wiring and repin s197 connector's to the sn95 wiring if it could work that would be the only way i think

Honestly if you want a different look, I'd just go for gauge overlays. Wiring that cluster plus the $200+ for the cluster wouldn't be worth it to me at least.

I read on another forum it all plugged up so it made me wonder if it could possibly work. Also seen where you could change the circuit boards on the back too...
